Terms & Conditions of Hotco Hires | Fun Foods, Bouncy Castles, Soft Play & Inflatable Hire
- No drinks, food or any consumable to be allowed on or near the Inflatable.
- No face paint, party decorations, if not adhered to a £10 cleaning charge will be applied
- All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges must be removed before using Inflatables.
- It is the hirer's reasonability to ensure the castle fits in there required space. If for what ever reason your inflatable does not fit in your venue or garden you will still be responsible for the outstanding balance of your hire amount.
- Any damage to our Inflatables or Equipment will incur charges to repair any damages or loss of equipment.
- Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must NOT be allowed at ALL.
- Ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately.
- Two adults should supervise the children on the Inflatable at all times, in the event an accident occurs you may be liable under your own insurance.
- We would advise the inflatable is used by similar age groups as injury can occur
- Please allow at least 30 mins before and after your booking time for us to arrive on site and begin setting up or packing down.
- Socks must be worn at all times when using the Inflatable
- Please make sure where the inflatable will be situated is clear of debris, and sharp objects. Also ensure all washing lines are removed, before delivery.
- All outdoor collections will start being collected from 6pm.
- Late collection incurs a further £20 depending on location and possibly more.
- Soft Play mats and balls may differ,
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking if gusts of winds are 24mph or more.
- Please do not move any Inflatable once we have set up the equipment.
- All Fun Food machines to be cleaned to standard as provided or a £30 cleaning fee will be applied
- No children to touch or man the machines or this will incur a charge of £45
- Designated adults ONLY to handle and man machine
- A refundable damage deposit is required to hire any fun food machine
- No ingredients are supplied on a dry hire basis so please purchase within reasonable timing
- In the event that the fan stops working, ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately to avoid suffocation. If this does happen please call us immediately on 07398 914 774 or info@hotcohires.co.uk
