What are the payment options?

Most of our services can be booked online via our check out system. However dependant on service, deal or package in some cases you may be required to provide cash on delivery of item or items. 

What is your return policy?

Once a deposit payment has been paid it is non - refundable, this does not mean you lose your deposit it means it is carried over for you until you make a future booking. If deposit payment was made within 7 days of cancellation you will receive full refund. 

Returning items from the Hotco Store (PersonaliZe IT) will require you to make us aware that you are not happy with product or service and return to us within 7 days of purchase. Food and beverage items will NOT be accepted once shipped out.

Do you deliver out of London?

No we do not deliver fun foods or inflatables outside of London, however we ship our products from our store through out the UK. As we are based in South East London we mainly cover the whole of South London & most parts of East London. Please call to confirm we can deliver to you.

What is Dry Hire?

Wet hire includes machinery and an operator, whilst Dry Hire provides the machinery only. If you hire a machine on dry hire, you will need to operate the machine yourself.
